29/10/2024 - Shipping and Delivery

Our deliveries will be made either via DHL Couriers or Parcelforce, on a next working day delivery service, if orders are placed before 2pm.  Please note that the Courier service cannot be guaranteed as, once it is collected from us, we have no control.  Orders below £90 (net of VAT) will have a subsidised delivery charge of £9.50 + VAT and orders above £90 (net of VAT) will be free.

Please note that our Courier Charge of £9.50 + VAT, and Free Delivery if orders are above £90 net of VAT, only covers orders being dispatched to Mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands (including Isle of Wight and Isle of Man).  Please contact us before placing an order if being dispatched to the following Post Codes:

AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, IM, IV, KA, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH4-PH50, PO, HS, ZE.

Northern Ireland
Please note that as from 1st May 2025, the Windsor Agreement came into force and, as such, we can only ship to Northern Ireland if you provide us with an EORI and UKIMS Number.  Please enter this in the 'Order and Delivery Comments' Box on the 'Confirm Order' screen at the end of the Shopping Basket process.

If, when the Courier calls, no one is available to accept the consignment, the Courier will automatically attempt to leave the parcel with a Neighbour.  Please note that, since Covid, deliveries are now contact free (no signature will be obtained on delivery).  Instead, the driver will take a photograph of the parcel(s), either at your open door should you be at home when they call, or a photograph of them in the designated 'safe place'.

If no Neighbour is able to accept delivery on your behalf, and there are no leave safe instructions, the Courier usually leaves a Card through the door, informing you that delivery has been attempted. A second attempt will be made by the Courier (usually the next day). If this attempt is unsuccessful for the same reason then a further charge may be incurred to get the parcel delivered on the third attempt. Alternatively, the parcel can be collected by you from the local DHL or Parcelforce Depot (you will need the Consignment Number and proof of ID).

Please note that should you give leave safe instructions, or you enter these instructions via the DHL/Parcelforce website (after an unsuccessful delivery attempt has been made), then you do so at your own risk - we cannot take responsibility for any items that have been left as instructed then end up being stolen or going missing.

DHL have GPS tracking devices fitted to all vehicles so they can check that the driver was actually at the property.  In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, and non-payment of re-scheduled delivery or non-collection, then the charge that is incurred by us for the parcel's return will be passed onto the customer and deducted from the refund.

DHL and Parcelforce offer Saturday delivery and timed delivers pre-10:30am and pre-12 Noon.  Please contact us for details of the extra charges for these services (please note that these services are not offered in all post code areas).

We will email you with the consignment details including the number of parcels in your order and the consignment number.  This email will contain a link to the Courier website where you can track your consignment.
