Unsoot No.1 Encapsulant is a water based polymer, solvent free. Safe and effective on most insulated and non-insulated ducts. Guaranteed to form a permanent bond, bonding particulate matter to surface. Offers mild deodorisation and knocks down airborne particulates. Effectively and permanently seals in smoke odour in roof timber areas and other hard to clean areas. Can be used on walls and ceilings after residues have been removed. Clear to hazy amber liquid.  Available in 3.78L.

 
pH @ use: 8.0-9.0

Coverage: 2 1/2 cubic metres / 80 sq metres (flat surface).

Dilution: 1-4 with water (200ml per Litre of water)
