I have used TM's water-based sealer a few times now and does exactly what it says on the tin. Its a clear resin based impregnator and does not change the appearance of the stone, it's not supposed to. It is reasonably priced compared to other high-end sealers and I like using it because its nearly odourless and you don't get high as a kite like solvent-based sealers.

easy to apply and expect it to do what it said on the bottle then customer should be happy
