BonnetPro's Yellow LAVA USOR Prespray, urine stain and odor remover for Hot Water Extraction cleaning, has more exclusive technologies and superior raw ingredients to help you clean most urine odors and stains in 1 visit – plus it smells incredible!
Spray onto dog beds, car interiors, or any place you have dog smell, for fast, amazing dog odor removal.
Directions for Use:
- Product must touch all contaminated areas, carpet, underlay and subfloor to be effective. Remove cap and tip from pump-up sprayer for better flow to wet out effected areas quicker. Brushing in is recommended to ensure contact to all affected fibres. Let soak for 20 minutes.
- For Light to Moderate Cleaning: Mix 1920ml into 3.78L of water. Rinse with Acid LAVA Rinse or LAVA Rinse = 5.67L ready to use solution.
- For Heavy Cleaning: Mix 1:1. Rinse with Acid LAVA Rinse or LAVA Rinse = 7.56L ready to use solution.
- For Severe Contamination - Method 1: First apply Surround Waste Away to wet out affected carpet, underlay and floor. Let soak for 24 hours. The following day, apply Yellow LAVA full strength. Let soak for 20 minutes and rinse with Acid LAVA.
- For Severe Contamination - Method 2: Alternate method for severe contamination. Apply Fresh LAVA undiluted to all effected areas and let dwell for 20 minutes. Rinse with Acid LAVA or LAVA Rinse.
- Before rinsing with any method above, extraction with a Water Claw-type tool can improve results when used prior to rinsing.
- Method 1 is superior to Method 2 for extreme situations but will require more time and should be billed to customer at a higher rate. Keep in mind rotted trackless strip or floor may still require repairs or sealing.
Yellow LAVA contains more active ingredients and technologies than any other USOR prespray (Urine Stain and Odor Remover) product in our industry, to combat urine stains and odors, during a 1-visit pet or person odor elimination cleaning. Use as a superior urine odor and urine stain prespray and you’ll get the best possibility of correcting the problem the first time.
