How to Shop

You do not have to be registered to make a purchase. However, by doing so, you will not have to enter your details (business name, address, etc) each time you make a purchase.  You will also have the ability to view previous orders and create Shopping Lists. 
 
Shopping on this site is easy and, we hope, enjoyable! We try to give as much information as possible on the products that we supply. When browsing through the Categories, a short description is given but more information is available on the product page itself – simply click on the Product Name and this will give you a more detailed view.
 
If you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Basket" link. If no ‘Add to Basket’ link is shown next to a product, this will be due to the fact that there are variations to the product (i.e. available in two sizes, 4Kg and 15Kg).  You will therefore have to click on the Product Name, which will take you to the detailed view, where you can then select the variation from the drop down ‘Select Entry’ menu and then click on ‘Add to Basket’ button.
 
Once a product has been added to the basket, you will notice that your Shopping Basket, at the top right-hand side of the screen, is updated with the number of products you wish to purchase. The quantity of goods ordered is automatically set to 1. If you need to increase the quantity, we recommend that you do so when you have completed browsing the shop and wish to finalise your purchase by clicking the "Shopping Basket" link. This takes you to the Shopping Basket page where you can now increase the quantity. Remember to click on "Update" if you make any changes. Full instructions are given to enable you to finalise your purchase.
 
Please note that the Delivery Method is automatically set at a subsidised £9.50 + VAT if your order is under £90 (net of VAT).  If your order is £90 or above (net of VAT) then it will automatically re-set to Free Delivery.
 
Please note that our Courier Charge of £9.50 + VAT and Free Delivery if orders are above £90 net of VAT only covers orders being dispatched to mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands. Please contact us before placing an order if orders are being dispatched to the following Post Codes:
 
AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, IM, IV, KA, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH4-PH50, PO, HS, ZE.
 
Republic of Ireland/Europe - Please note that we are not currently dispatching orders to areas outside of GB/NI.  Channel Islands - Please contact us before placing an order via our website.
 
We use Opayo and PayPal for on-line payments and, as such, you can be assured of a totally safe and secure transaction. You are directed to their secure sites which means that we at Restormate do not have access to your credit card details. 
 
We also accept orders over the telephone on 01670 590099 and payment can be taken via Opayo’s secure online payment server.
 
If you would prefer to pay via BACS (bank transfer) please contact us and we will email you a Proforma Invoice and the order will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received.
