How to Shop
Shopping on this site is easy and, we hope, enjoyable! We try to give as much information as possible on the products that we supply. When browsing through the Categories, if a particular product is of interest, click on the "Show Product" link and this will give you a more detailed view.
If you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Basket" link. You will notice that your Shopping Basket, at the top right-hand side of the screen, now contains your purchase. The quantity of goods ordered is automatically set to 1. If you need to increase the quantity, we recommend that you do so when you have completed browsing the shop and wish to finalise your purchase by clicking the "Show Basket" link. This takes you to the Shopping Basket page where you can now increase the quantity. Remember to click on "Update" if you make any changes. Full instructions are given to enable you to finalise your purchase.
Please note that the Delivery Method is automatically set at £8.50 + VAT if your order is under £90 (net of VAT). If your order is £90 or above (net of VAT) then it will automatically re-set to Free Delivery.
Please note that our Courier Charge of £8.50 + VAT and Free Delivery if orders are above £90 net of VAT only covers orders being dispatched to mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands. Please contact us before placing an order if orders are being dispatched to the following Post Codes:
AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, IM, IV, KA, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH4-PH50, PO, HS, ZE.
Republic of Ireland/Europe - Please note that we are not currently dispatching orders to areas outside of GB/NI. Channel Islands - Please contact us before placing an order via our website.
We use SagePay (Opayo) for on-line payments and, as such, you can be assured of a totally safe and secure transaction. You are directed to SagePay/Opayo's secure site which means that we at Restormate do not have access to your credit card details.

We simply need to know what you wish to purchase, your personal details and your card details. Please do not forget to leave a contact telephone number in case of any queries.
We also accept orders by post. Once you have contacted us we will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice. Simply post your cheque (made payable to "Restormate") to:

and we will dispatch your goods on cleared payment.
You do not have to be registered to make a purchase. However, by doing so, you will receive notification of any special offers. The price shown in the shop front is the full price. However, after registering/signing in, when you add a product to the Shopping Basket, if it has been discounted, it will be done automatically at this stage. Exclusions only apply to those products that have already been discounted.
We aim to deliver most products by Next Working Day provided the order is placed before 14:00. However, some items, such as Pressure Washing Equipment, may take one or two days. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
