As a professional pet deodorizer, it's your new best friend when it comes to pet urine odor removal and other offensive smells.
Fresh LAVA is more effective than related copper and magnesium salts of the same valence and associated organic acids of the same carbon number. In other words, Fresh LAVA is a premium odor counteractant, not just a nice smell! Fresh LAVA zinc salt forms unique fixating complexes specific to the odor-causing substances that cause intensive odor with low odor thresholds, such as low molecular weight organic acids, amines, mercaptans, dialkyl sulfides, dialkyl disulfides, NH3, H2S and SO2.
Directions for Use:
You can mix Fresh LAVA in a variety of different ways. The following are some guidelines, but feel free to mix to your and your customer's individual taste.
Presprays or other Solutions: Mix 30-120ml per 3.78L.
Truckmount Stock Solutions: Mix 150-450ml per 19L.
For Spray and Mist to freshen a Room or Fabric: Mix 120-240ml per 3.78L or 30-60 per 1 Litre.
For very Strong or Severe Odors: First remove as much of the source with proper cleaning methods and then treat the remaining residue for odor.
For problems like Cat Urine or Sewer Odors: Mix as strong as 1 part Fresh LAVA to 1 part water. This solution should not harm materials not affected by water but you should always pretest to check for colour fastness and safety.
For large volumes of Urine: Surround Waste-Away enzyme and/or Yellow LAVA will be needed.
For Water Damage, Crime Scene or other harmful situations: Please incorporate the proper cleaning and disinfecting or sanitizing methods prior to odor control.
Fresh LAVA traps, absorbs and fixes odor-intensive organic substances and is excellent as a professional pet deodorizer. Substances with low odor thresholds with sulfur, such as thiols and thioethers, or nitrogen-containing functional groups, such as ammonia and dimethylamine, are effectively neutralised by Fresh LAVA.
