Dry Cleaning Sponge - Regular

To be totally accurate I am not providing a review of the product but of the fabulous service I received from RestroMate. I had ordered these sponges and called with a question about use of the product. John was so helpful. He's clearly been in the business for years and knows his stuff. The bottom line is that I had ordered the wrong product for my need and I had a refund within a minute of ending the call. They had already packaged my order up ready to send, The advice John gave me effectively meant that I might not need to buy anything. How refreshing and what fabulous customer service.

I made the point about their trade name as this really has restored my faith in high quality customer service provision.
